Can you believe it’s already May?! While 2021 is zipping by rather quickly, it’s still important for us to take time for ourselves, especially checking in on our mental well-being. Did you know that one in five Americans have experienced mental illness? In light of Mental Health Month, we’ve come up with a few ways for you to check in with yourself, and your loved ones. These will all help you to normalize conversations around mental wellness as well as reduce the stigma associated with it.
